We’re pleased to share that Ahead of the Game will be visiting Kedron Lions Juniors to deliver mental health workshops to our Youth players over the coming weeks.
Ahead of the Game is a nationally recognised, evidence-based program designed specifically for young athletes. The sessions focus on building mental resilience, recognising when someone may be struggling, and developing positive coping strategies — all within the context of sport and team environments.
Mental health is just as important as physical health, and these workshops are a valuable opportunity for our players to gain practical tools and insights that support their wellbeing both on and off the field.
