If you would like your son or daughter to play in a particular team or with particular friends, please fill in the Team Request Form and note this is for Junior Teams only (not Youth).
Players wishing to play up one age group are required to complete this form. Playing up requests will be managed on a case to case basis and must be approved by the Kedron JAFC Committee
