Round 1 finally arrived, and what a joy it was to see everyone back on the field and around the club! There’s nothing quite like the buzz of footy season kicking off—the excitement of game day, the camaraderie among teams, and the shared passion that brings us all together.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the tireless efforts of our incredible volunteers. To our committee members, coaches, assistant coaches, runners, team managers, time keepers, scorers and ground marshalls—thank you for your dedication, your time, and the energy you bring to making this club thrive. Your hard work behind the scenes ensures that our players can step onto the field ready to give their best.
We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our umpires, whose role is absolutely vital in keeping our games fair, competitive, and enjoyable.
